This happens rarely for users that install Xobni after installing the Plaxo plug-in for Outlook. However, there's a simple fix for this issue:1. Go into Tools > Trust Center. 2. Look at the COM Add-in's.3. Re-enable the Plaxo plugin.4. Quit Outlook, then relaunch it.Plaxo should reappear after that, and both Xobni and Plaxo should perform normally at that point.
