how about an iOS app? The native contacts in iPad and iPod touch/iPhone is quite wimpy compared with the xobni cloud. I use it for my work and my blackberry. I'd love xobni on my iPad.

Thanks for the iPad Safari  suggestion for Smartr Contacts, although it takes rather long to load...

Hoping a proper iPad version becomes available soon.

Hi all,

Thank you for your interest in an iPad app. We are considering support for this in the future, but in the meantime there is an "undocumented feature" that will give you access to your contacts:

1. Open up your web browser and go to

2. Log in with your Xobni account info

3. Your contacts should populate into the browser!

4. Add Smartr Sidebar to your home screen:

At the bottom of the screen you'll see an icon depicting an arrow that looks like it's trying to get away from a square. If you tap that button successfully, you'll have a few options. The one you want to tap is "Add to Home Screen". You'll be asked to choose a name for the home screen icon. Pick a good one, such as Smartr (default), and select Add. When you're done it'll show up on your home screen and you'll have Smartr handy :)

Let me know if that helps.

Hello Mr Christoper....

Great to see your Xobni progressing to iOX... it would be really great if you can think about iPad users... now that there are millions of users on iPad, your app would definitely raise the bar of contacts organisation..

thanks in advance...

Please add an Ipad version.  Now that you have teh Iphone version out, this should not be too difficult?

Hi Christoper,

We are planning support for iPhone, gmail and Android support soon, so please sign up here:

I don't have an ETA on an iPad specific app, but you could use iphone or gmail apps in the meantime.
